Symptoms

After the customer rebooted the library to complete the firmware upgrade, the library will not come back online.

Robot is not operational! Current status is: Inoperative.

Cause

Defective robotics module.
 

Solution

At this time, the robotic module should be replaced.

Make sure the firmware is upgraded before handing the SL150 back to the customer.
