Symptoms

HSC message:

SLS0665E ACS 00 Degraded; LSM 00:03, Condition 2, FSC 0000

Cause

Physical error on the library´s robot

 

SLS0665E

ACS AA Degraded; LSM AA:LL, Condition D, FSC XXXX

Explanation: A message was received from ACS AA that a failure occurred that causes degraded performance. The ACS can continue normal functioning.

LL is the LSM. If “FF”, the failing device is the LMU.

D is the condition code. If “1”, device inoperative. A “2” indicates performance is degraded.

XXXX is the fault symptom code (FSC). See fault symptom code dictionary for specific error codes.

System Action: Processing continues.


 

Solution

Check the device tree through SLConsole for the failing handbot.

Retrieve Library Logs Error Warn Info  Tools --> Reports --> Error Warn Info --> Save button on the upper right corner. (save it as a txt)

If the hand robot is empty, try to reboot the robot through SLConsole  Tools --> Diagnostics --> Expand the Robot Folder --> Select the robot in red status --> Reboot button on the upper right corner.

If the problem persist, contact Oracle support for deeper log analysis and provide them the log already retrieved.
