Cause

After a review of the images of the labels supplied I can confirm that the labels in use are NOT correct for library in use.

Please refer to knowledge base Doc ID 1016189.1 for details of the correct label information, an example is provided in the following link http://www.aeseast.com/rfid-barcode-labels.html

Solution

Customer to replace ALL labels for supported label format as identified.

===================================================

LSM = -1 does not mean that this is an invalid data.

-1 is a special value used by ACSLS when a cartridge is ejected, missing or absent.
... but here this cartridge is not considered as ejected, missing or absent, as it is seen as being in home location (vol_status=90)!

?????? means that the barcode reader was unable to read the label of that cartridge.

It is suggested that you would delete this ?????? cartridge from the database by using the following command:
sql.sh "delete from volumetable where home_lsm=-1 and home_panel=3 and home_row=24 and home_col=5;"

... then suggest that you run an AUDIT of ACS 0.

Run a "volrpt -i" to verify if everything looks good.
