Normally, account "kmsuser" would be used to modify the KMS. Customer was able to use this account without any issues. ChangesNo known changes Cause.mozilla directory became corrupted Solution1. Log on as kmsadmin user 2. Open a terminal window and run the command 'ls -al' 3. Look for .mozilla directory 4. Go to .mozilla/default directory 6. Retry opening web browser # mv .mozilla Mozilla.old Launch the GUI again from the browser ( configure default URL to the KMS ip:9000 ) If on local system localhost:9000 8. If problem persists even after trying the steps above, open a service request in My Oracle Support.
