Cause

Guest domain on a SPARC SuperCluster hwmgmtd in maintenance mode

# svcs -xv

Reason: Restarting too quickly.

Solution

This service should actually be disabled on guest domains as they do not have access to /dev/chassis.

The solution is to disable it

#svcadm disable hwmgmtd
