Symptoms

FSC: 5535 The file reel moved unexpectedly during the time when the cartridge leader should be stationary (ears seated).

Cartridge will not load into drive.

Media has the leader inside the cartridge.

Cause

Media xxxxx has the leader inside the cartridge

Solution

Check media xxxxx for the leader inside the cartridge.

If this occurs, ask a Field Engineer through the Service Request to repair the leader using the clutch tool.
