Symptoms

Wrong PN on Refurbished Hand Bots.

Incorrect part number at 70556588.

Changes

Replaced Hand Bot with a refurbished part.

Cause

Refurb issue with labeling hand bot.

Solution

Problem is 7056588 is not a service item in Agile.  It is a sub-assembly number for a Service Item 7059210, which is the new RoHS 2013 robot.

- What is the solution to the problem?

The labeling is being corrected in manufacturing.

- Is the part still good?

Yes

- Has the issue been resolved?

Change in process

- Does the part get returned?

It is only a incorrect part number on the Handbot label

- Is there a work around?

No

Refurb mistakenly put the subassembly part number on the handbot instead of the complete assembly number.  The only impact is if the CSE attempts to order the incorrect part number, it will be rejected. The part numbers are correct in SSH (Sun System Handbook).
