 FSC Encountered: 40AC, drive did not SNO!

Cause

EOD was found in ALP mode.

EOD was found in ALP mode. 

Solution

Suggest to first attempt a REBUILD MIR on affected cartridge (which may take very long (days) depending on how full the cartridge's MVC is, as fuller the MVC is, the shorter the MVC MIR REBUILD will be.

Recommend removing this tape from production and monitor this drive for additional FSC 40AC.

Request customer to copy data to new tape and follow their media policy for tape replacement.
