SolutionIf attached to a 9310 library check the power supply to drive cabling. Make sure the cable has solid black wires not the black and yellow twisted pair wiring. If this drive is not attached to a 9310, suspect anything that affects providing power to the drive such as HBD, power supply, power cables (reseat them). If none of the above helps then this may be related to a static charge on the tape cartridge that discharged to the drive causing the SNO to occur. Attachments This solution has no attachment |
