Symptoms

HP-UX server panics with swremove from ATDD driver.

Changes

Customer applying new ATDD driver on server.

Cause

HP found panic is caused by ATDD driver used with Oracle sold IBM LTO-4 tape drive.

Solution

HP_UX 11iv3 panic found by HP to be caused by ATDD driver at version 6.0.2.26. Customer has upgraded ATDD to current version 6.0.2.27 and it did fix the problem.
