On the support show output of a Qlogic SANbox 5602 FC Switch, I can see it reports a power failure:

Cause

The reasons could be :
- the power supply is failed , that would mean it needs to be replaced
or
- the power cable (that is connected to the failed power supply) is disconnected or it provides no power due to a external problem on the rack/room where the FC switch is located.
 
Customer reinspected that power cable is properly connected to the failed power supply.
So, it seems that it’s power supply failure.
 

Solution

1. Customer should visually inspect that power cable is properly connected to the failed power supply.

2. If the power cable is fine, please, replace "Power Supply and Cooling Fan" part number 371-0848 , on the QLogic SANbox 5602 this can be replaced with the switch up and running

"The only difference between the QLogic SANbox 5602 and 5600 switches is
that the 5602 has two hot-swappable power supplies, while the 5600 has one fixed
power supply."

On our case, the FC switch is a QLogic SANbox 5602, so it has two power supplies hot-swappable, the procedure is described on this Qlogic note:
