RC9109, Result Code 9109

Robot would not drop down properly during initialization.

Library has amber light on.
Library came up with failed OPERATION panel.
Code:  9109 Failure

Powered it off.  
Reboot
and now it comes up with 9134:  SENSOR INIT ERROR MODULE 1,  INSPECT CHASSIS

Robot failure, there are no tapes in library yet.

Robot replacement did not fix this issue.

Changes

 New install.

Cause

 FSE found that there's some plastic guide in the back of the expansion module that is loose and causing the suspect obstruction to the robot.

Solution

 Replaced another DOA robot then the base module chassis to clear the faults.
