Symptoms

HP LTO-5 Drive and SL150 are not showing up in the switch.
No problem in the console with the drive.

Drive and Library Not Being Seen by Switch

Changes

New SL150 installation.

Cause

Defective Drive. Shared interface on drive is defective preventing the library and drive to be seen by switch

Solution

Swapped drive 1 and drive 2.

Now drive 2 disappears from switch and media changer and drive 1 are seen on Switch.

Drive 2 will be replaced.
