Symptoms
Our SL8500 is experiencing a complete power failure. If we try to power on the system through the main power supply switch, the switch immediately turns off again. Both (redundant I imagine) power supplies behave in the same way. So we are not able to power on the system. Our electricians have veryfied that input power is available though. We have for testing purposes turned off all accessible power supplies inside the system prior to switching on the main power supplies without success though.

Cause
Customer already did the technical diagnostics: seems to be a power supply issue.
Solution
Replaced PDU, (Power Distribution Unit).
