Cause

Defective PTP.

Misalignment in Library 2 and PTP (Pass-Thru-Port) frames between library 2 and library 3.

Solution

Left bot on the rail which fails consistently with a targeting error_5416. The targeting is successful with the 2nd bot on the rail. This is due to a marginal track alignment problem which requires a special tool to check/adjust. misalignment in Lib2 and PTP frames between library 2 and library 3.

Replaced defective PTP module.
