SymptomsRe-occurring messages on the CAP/ error message: one of the CAP became unlock, trying to unload a tape or something. Customer is seeing SLS0267A and SLS2259A msgs. repeating on host DEV2. The CAP door opens and closes correctly with door open and door closed msgs in the host log. Cartridge Access Port CauseCAP (Cartridge Access Port) issue. SolutionCustomer had to cancel HSC (Host Software Component) in order to shutdown. After IPL'ing DEV2 and restarting HSC, customer is no longer seeing the re-occurring SLS0267A and SLS2259A messages.
