Symptoms

Screw can shear off inside the mounting block for the back rail, if the wrong screw is used and or if correct screw or wrong screw used is over tightened.

Changes

This is a new installation of SL150 library.

Cause

If attempting to mount the Block with a 10-32x5/8 screw, the screw will resist about half way in, and if you attempt to force or over tighten it, the screw will shear off .  Only use the 8-32x5/8 screws and 'DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN' the screw.
