Cause

Drive would set write protect to prevent writing by quality degraded drive with 1.48.205 code level. According to CR_7129863, in the next code release we will generate a write perm when writes of customer data are attempted. A new FSC was added that explains the problem and suggested a corrective action.

Solution

Replace the drive.
