Symptoms

Unreadable label at mail slot 2 and 3.

Only located in mailslot 2 and 3 carts were unreadable but these cart labels could be read on mailslot1 and 4 and all magazines. These 2 carts could be moved to any slots but cart states were still unreadable. Any carts could be moved to mailslot2 and 3 without any problem and cart states are readable (labels are displayed).

All carts were properly read by SL8500, SL3000 and SL500.

Cause

Label quality issue.
Defective label.

Solution

All cartridge labels are properly seated but created by laser printer.
Dimension of Bar code is a little bit wide compare to standard label.
Assumed that SL8500, SL3000 and SL500 scanner have more adequate margin to read label than SL150.

Replaced with standard labels and can now be properly read.
Prepare properly labeled carts to avoid this problem.
