Symptoms

SLConsole shows incorrect drive tree.

Missing 2 drives from SL8500 SLConsole drive tree (1,3,2,1,3 / 1,3,2,1,4).

Existing 2 drives (1,3,2,1,3/1,3,2,1,4) are not shown in left drive tree even though shown in right drive folder on local panel.

Cause

Unsupported SLC version is installed.
Unsupported SLC version.

Solution

Returned correct drive tree after refreshing screen.

SLC code level 3.04.00 (FRS_5.53) is not supported for FRS_7.70.
The library code requires SLC code FRS_5.70 (3.08) or greater.

Upgrade to latest SLConsole level firmware.
