Symptoms
After reinstalling the MaxRep appliance OS, no protection plan can be created. The LUN appear with a blue icon.

Changes
The MaxRep appliance has been re-installed
Cause
The Axiom stores a record of the MaxRep Appliance GUID in the LUN parameters.
When reinstalling MaxRep and registering the Appliance the GUID changes
Solution
To remove the parameter on the LUNs:
Go on the MaxRep Engine
Settings --> Manage Axioms
Click on "Force Delete Write Splits" >> and enter the admin password.
