SymptomsOne, (or both) of the 2500-M2 controllers is in a non-operational state. Visual inspection of the array shows that the 7-segment display for the controller is not reporting the tray ID. Instead the display returns a code of 0F. The Controller shell interface is also unresponsive. You will be able to access the shell, but unable to execute any commands. For example... -> loadDebug
C interp: unknown symbol name 'loadDebug'. -> tt"tRaid" tt(): task not found value = -1 = 0xffffffff
