V445 failing POST with MSG = IO-Bridge Error

Cause

In this instance a V445 was reporting IO-Bridge errors during POST :

Solution

As the IO-Bridge asic resides on the motherboard replacing the motherboard resolved the issue and the system passed POST and booted successfully.
