Symptoms

During installation of ODA (Oracle Database Appliance) it has been configured with 4 kernels per server.

Now, after upgrading ODA from 2.1.3.0.1 to 2.3.0.0.0 or higher version (via 2.2.0.0.0), ODA node2 has enabled all kernels.

Cause

 It is possible to happen.. cores setting is in the bios and we know that sometimes when BIOS firmware updates can mess up the setting

Solution

You just need to reapply the keys you already have or if you dont have it you can get it from MOS.
