Symptoms

ODA 2.3 shows on node 1

But on Node 2, the ASR line is completely missing.

The ASR line on Node 2 in ODA version 2.2. shows:

Cause

ASR has never been installed on node 2.

Therefore, in ODA version 2.3 it was decided to drop the ASR line on node 2 in the 'oakcli show version -detail', as it would always show 'Unknown'.

Solution

Hence, it is normal as of ODA version 2.3 to not find an ASR line in "oakcli show version -detail'.
