Drive can not mount tapes, tried to reboot with SLConsole, it failed, drive is not functional.

Cause
Possible causes:
- Issue could be the power cable connector loose in contact / damage.
- Drive electronic module faulty.
- Drive Mechanism could be faulty, jammed.
Solution
1. Needs to inspect the drive physically for any component failure.
2. Remove the drive from the bay and ensure that the cables are connected properly, if not, remove and repair cables, re-install and bring the drive online via SL Console.
3. If the issue still persists and drive does not power up, then replace the drive.
4. Make the drive online via SL Console.
5. Run diagnostics test and perform multiple moves to ensure that the drive mounts without any issues.
