Cause
- Issue could be with the obstructions on the hand assembly path.
- Reach motor assembly faulty.
- Hand camera faulty.
- Need to inspect the robot hand assembly for any obstructions, damage, or stuck tape on hand.
Solution
1. Inspect hand assembly for any damages or obstructions.
2. Check if any cables are stuck or damaged on the hand assembly path.
3. Check the hand assembly alignment.
4. Perform robot diagnostics test.
5. Perform multiple moves and ensure that the robot hand assembly is fully functional.
6. If above steps fails then replace the hand assembly.
