Starting MD-VOP with mdvop displays "LICENSE EXPIRED, EXITING"
### Detailed Problem Statement ###:
Cannot find MD-VOP in Product List so using "Sun Software - Generic", please route to correct queue for StorageTek SW.

When trying to launch MD-VOP 1.3 via "mdvop" script/wrapper, I get a Java Error pop-up window stating "LICENSE EXPIRED, EXITTING".

SW was installed from CSE bundle early June and was functional at that time. Has been quite awhile (month or more?) since launching the GUI - had one running in a vncserver X session that I attached to when I needed to use it.

After recent restart of server where MD-VOP is installed, I now cannot re-launch the GUI.

### Steps to Reproduce ###:
run /opt/mdvop_cse/mdvop

### Workaround ###:
none!

### Impact on Business ###:
cannot manage T10kB tape drives with MD-VOP

Cause

 Built in timer in MD-VOP that disables firmware.

Solution

The issue is 1.3 MDVOP has a 1 year expiration clock imbedded.  This goes off one year after the build date on the library.  This timer has gone off.
