SymptomsSL Console and the front display will not allow a log in. I was able to log in to the serial connection without a problem. CauseDefective Op Panel, PN 7012966. SolutionThe Op panel and the SLC both operated when the system was turned over to the customer originally. Did you try to stool ssh the sl3000 from your laptop ? (ssh test) Resolution: Here is what we found out. Disconnecting the Op Panel ethernet cable and then resetting the power for the library we Had some luck. The fix is to replace the Operator Panel.
