Symptoms

Error from device Code: 514 - Robot needs to be reset, cmo_user_put: Retry Performed 5611; servo mech track event 5070  address = UNKNOWN(1,3,1,2,0)
Error from device Code: 512 - Robot can not go operational, DIRECTOR End of Rail Init: End of Rail ID testing failed, cannot init, cmo_user_init_end_of_rail: Scanner Calibration failed, No target found at Endstop Array. Possible Scanner failure or a Bad Target or a missing Array cmo_calibrate failed to find target

Cause

Possible Causes:
1) Endstop array label damaged/illegible by the BCR reader.
2) End stop array misaligned
3) BCR reader on the Robot not working correctly.
4) robot could not align correctly to have the Barcode Reader read the label on the End Stop.
 
Following factors could have led the End stop label to be unreadable.
1) Endstop array label damaged/illegible by the BCR reader.
2) End stop array misaligned
3) BCR reader on the Robot not working correctly.
4) Robot could not align correctly to have the Barcode Reader read the label on the End Stop.
 

Solution

Reboot the robot.
Re-audit the Endstop array and see if it can be read by the bot.
Check the endstop array alignment with the robot.
It could also be the defective barcode reader on the robot.
If required replace the robot or end stop array.
Also check for robot hand for any stuck tapes and robot path for any obstruction.
