Service LED ON and 'no evidence' of hardware problem

cat diag.txt file and check for voltage

Stndby 3.3V    : 3.26 V
Main 3.3V      : 3.30 V
Main 5V        : 4.99 V
Main 12V       : 12.15 V
Main -12V      : -12.27 V
Main 2.5V      : 2.54 V
Main 1.8V      : 1.82 V
Main 1.2V      : 1.21 V

Collect events logs from the ILOM

-> show /SP/logs/event/list/
