Patch 144401-xx was not in the site patchlist even with the latest patch bundle 147440-17 added.

The command patchadd -p | grep 144401 may be used to verify if this patch is installed.

Base on the APM 3.x release note, the minimum patchset and bundle patch require for APM 3.x to work is,

APM 3.0 for Oracle Solaris 10/11 requires the following minimum OS, update and patch levels:

Solaris 10
Solaris 10 8/11 (Update 10); or
any of Solaris 10 8/07 (Update 4) through Solaris 10 9/10 (Update 9), plus the Solaris 10 8/11 (Update 10) Patchset;
plus patch 147440-16 (SPARC) or 147441-16 (x86)

Solaris 11
Solaris 11 11/11 plus Support Repository Update 7 (SRU7)

Solution

Apply the specified minimum patchset 8/11 (Update 10); or higher inclusive of 147440-17 (SPARC) patch bundle .

The 144401 patch is not available as an individual patch, it is part of a patch cluster.
