Symptoms
The Enter operation fails after ACSLS marks certain tapes being entered as "absent":

Cause
Robotic hardware problem.
Solution
Review library event log/Log Snapshot. If there are errors pertaining to a robot, run diagnostics on the robot. If robot fails to pass the diag tests, replace the robot.
When the robot issue is resolved, try entering a full CAP of tapes.
Verify if the problem is resolved.
