CauseIf multiple ICE card ports receive FSC 32CB... If no channel card is fenced, the cause can be outside of the box. --This error can occur if the channel paths are interrupted such as a host or system reset or IPL. --Or, if an external device such as a switch or director has failed. If one ICE card port receives an abnormally high percentage of FSC 32CB If no channel card is fenced, the cause can be outside of the box. --An external device such as a switch or director port has failed. --The ICE card could be faulty. SolutionReview the status screen and/or the DOP of the VTSS for issues. This error typically does not fence a FRU, but is indicating communications issue which is often a cable or in the customer's ESCON channel network.
