Cause

Firmware or RLW/MPU2 card are primary suspects.

Solution

Isolation Procedure:
1. Verify SCSI/FC interface is configured correctly. Check if any recent setting changes caused the
    problem.
2. Re-Seat interface card {SCSI:RLW or FC:MPU2} & RLC cards.
3. Upgrade the Library FW to latest or at least to 1395 if running below 13xx.
4. Power Cycle the Library & check.
5. If problem persists :
    a. Replace RLW/MPU2 as a first step.
    b. Then try with replacing RLC.
    c. If not a programmed RLM may be needed. Open a Collab. for L2 with below logs for further analysis.

----
1.frameinfo print
2.version print
3.license print {"Activation print" for code 1395 & above}
4.lib getconfig
5.libstate
6.print log all
----

NOTE:
In earlier cases, one got fixed with RLM & another with RLC and another required programmed RLM.

Also there was a IBIS KB related to this error which seems to be missing in MOS.
