During a vary VRTD(VLE) online received a SLS6684I ECAM error CC=09 RC=143

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Symptoms
During a vary online of a VRTD (VLE) or secondary VTSS (Cluster) the following message was displayed:
SLS6684I XXXXXXX on VTSS XXXXXX Returned ECAM error CC=09 RC=143
Changes
New install of VLE or VTSS
VLE or VTSS had maintenance action performed on it.
Cause
The Subsystem Name on the secondary VTSS or VLE does not match the expected name configured in the VTCS config.
Solution
Actions for customer:
1. Create service request on the VTSS which is associated with the C=09 RC=143 message
2. Indicate the secondary device (VLE or VTSS) attached to this VTSS has the incorrect subsystem
name programmed into it.
Actions for the service technician:
1. Review VTCS decompile to identify the name of the secondary device(VLE or VTSS).
2. Create a connection to the secondary device.
3. Review subsystem name field.
4. If a mismatch is discovered, research with customer how the incorrect name got programmed into
the machine.
5. If Root cause is understood, correct the subsystem name so it matches the desired value (name).
Actions for customer:
3. Vary the secondary device(VLE or VTSS) online.
4. Verify error has been corrected.
