Cause

30b9
ERR_SRV_EM_FAN_1_FAILURE,
A fan failure was detected on electronics module fan #1.
FRU: LOCATION: CONFIDENCE %:
FAN E/M LSM 90
MPC LCU 9
Logical Error S/W 1

1. Service Required indicator is steadily red when human intervention is required and flashes if a fan is
defective.

Solution

Fan is diagnosed as being bad and requires replacement by service representative
Replace the defective electronics module fan.

Flashing Service Req LED indicates any of Fan failures.
