Symptoms
Rear sim LED on.
The hardware details of the supportbundle reports one SIM with a model of 'unknown' - the firmware is 3524.

Cause
FMA has not reported any fault on the SIM - so, it may be a transient problem. I believe that the checksum is corrupt in the SIM.
Solution
Similar problem is mentioned in CR:7052454 and the issue was fixed after the SIM firmware upgraded to 3525.
Work Around :
Here the issue was reported on ZFS Storage 7320 and the workaround is to re-seat the SIM.
