SymptomsOracle Database Appliance or Big Database Appliance alerts are generated when a data disk fails. CauseThe physical drive has failed. SolutionA physical disk outage can cause a reduction in performance and data redundancy. Therefore, the disk should be replaced with a new disk as soon as possible.
