Symptoms
SL8500 or SL3000 generates an SDP Alert with a Result Code of 1115 Library is not online.

RC1115
Cause
The SDP Alert with the result code of 1115 Library is not online will need to be investigated by the L1 Engineer. The error/warning/info logs or Log snapshot should be investigated as to why the library was posting this type of alert.
Solution
Analyze the Error/Warning/Info logs or de-crypt the accompanying Log Snapshot to determine the root cause of Result Code 1115, Library is not Online alert. Escalate to the L2 person if you're unable to come to root cause of this kind of alert as it could be the beginnings of a much more serious problem with the SL8500 or SL3000 library.
