Symptoms
SDP ( Service Delivery Platform ) Alerts on the SL3000 with a Result Code of 1214 Device Not Found

Changes
Last SDP Firmware upgrade around the beginning of May timeframe.
Cause
SDP initiated device query on the SL3000 library causes 1214's due to non-existent rails 2,3 and 4.
Solution
These alerts are currently being filtered with FEMS (Fault Event Management System ) on the SDP back-end and is not creating SR's but an occasional SR ( Service Request ) could make it through the system should a site server be rebooted with the old firmware. Please disregard these alerts as they are a result of an SDP device query on code that is common between the SL3000 and SL8500.
