CauseThis may be caused by running cpu tests with an Oracle VTS release that is below the minimum level required for the platform; in particular, VTS version 7.0ps10 (Patch Set 10) is the first VTS release supported on servers with SPARC64 VII+ processors. SolutionTo fix the issue, please ensure to always run the most recent Oracle VTS release; at time of reviewing this Document (October 2014), this is VTS 7.0 Patch Set 18 (Oracle VTS 7.0 PS18: Patch 18688458).
