Checking the ILOM logs we see that messages indicating fan faults are logged:

Properties: type = Rear Fan fault_state = OK <================================= OK clear_fault_action = (none) /SYS/FM3

Note: There are many blades in the chassis and only the blade on the slot 1 reports the issue. The fan modules are on the chassis and not on the blade. SolutionActions to Perform to Attempt to Resolve:
In this case the issue was resolved after the blade was reseated.
