Cause

SDP Firmware issue. (Service Delivery Platform)
It is SDP connected, it is reporting the wrong library code level.
The library is running 3.0 but the SDP alert says FRS_2.35 (5.21.00).

SDP site unit attempted to query non existing device.
If SDP connected, queries from the SDP can generate library error_1214.

Solution

It is due to a query from SDP and should have no impact.

This is a benign error for SL3000 & SL8500 devices and will be addressed in future SDP agent code.
