Created from <SR 3-3941478053> Applies to:Sun Blade 6000 System - Version Not Applicable and laterInformation in this document applies to any platform. Web page shows "too many users logged in" CLI shows "maximum number of sessions exhausted" Symptoms
CauseThe CMM and ILOM offers 10 local user accounts. If the user does not log out of the CMM or ILOM session and then connects again, the amount of available sessions will be deceased by one. If the user continues connecting new sessions without logging out of existing sessions, all sessions will be exhausted. To avoid such scenarios, customers may enable session timeout. Select an inactivity time-out for this session. If your session is inactive for the selected time, you will be logged out automatically. Minimum of 15mins to Maximum of 3 hours.
