The system hangs. It has no console output, no network access, admin has to power cycle.

There is no HW failure confirmed in data captured.

There are not a complete data set to get a more accurate diagnosis. /var/adm/messages:

If CPU2 is failed and causing the panics reported, SB A must be replaced.
