SymptomsSL8500 CAP in auto mode and get message SLS2259A when attempting to eject tapes. SLS2259A CAP 00:01:00 UNLOCKED; MAGAZINE(S) INSTALLED IMPROPERLY OR CAP NOT CLOSED COMPLETELY CauseThis problem can occur in an HSC connected SL8500 with microcode levels FRS-6.01 through SPS-6.04. An SLS2259A message can be displayed when ejecting cartridges on one host after entering cartridges on another host. SolutionOpen and close the CAP door to allow the Eject function to continue.
