Changes

NA

Cause

Ethernet cable not routed correctly.

There have been a couple of reports of the Ethernet cable that runs from the drive tray to the drive becoming disconnected.  It was found that if the cable was bent to the right or left from the rear cover it would vibrate loose.

Part number of the cable is:   418617305

Solution

Check routing of cable.

The solution is to route the Ethernet cable in a U-shape straight from the rear cover and then down to the drive connector.  The fiber cables must be under the Ethernet cable as the rear cover is close.

Refer to the attached photos.
