Symptoms
- Partitioning is not configured properly.
- Incorrectly configured partition causes Solaris issues.
cfgadm -alv -o show_FCP_dev
-Shows media changer 'unusable' when is should show 'unknown'.
-No LUN address is shown.
Messages log will not report any LUNs at all.
-Cannot find LUNs.

Configuration of SL3000 partitioning.
Cause
Library partition not configured correctly.
