Relief/Workaround

Since the L1400 Library takes 8-9 mins to get initialized. The SN3000 router gets reset in 2 secs before the complete library is ready. So the fibre port connected to SAN switch or directly to server shows unavailable in the cfgadm output.

Login to the GUI of SN3000 router by connecting the laptop to ethernet port.The SN3000 router has the default ipaddress 1.1.1.1Steps to login & follow,the username password is mentioned below,Username – rootPassword – password1. Once you get the login, go to discovery tab on the left side of the windowand scroll down below and select the port settings.On the right side you will see Discovery delay option change the value to 600 secs 2. Go to discovery tab on the left side of the window and scroll down below and select the port settings further select FC port 0

Ports => ports menu => FC port 0

Set the value of Discovery mode to manual discovery only
